2 T Olive Oil
1 T Fresh Lemon Juice
1 T Fresh Lime Juice
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 t Dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
Whisk all ingredients together.
Drizzle Citrus mixture over meat, turn to coat, and marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
